Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AttriModel ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

2. Description of Service

AttriModel provides free, open-source marketing technology tools including a UTM builder, URL shortener, QR code generator, GA4 event builder, GTM variable generator, JSON validator, and regex tester. The source code is available on GitHub under the MIT License.

4. URL Shortener

Short links created via the URL Shortener are public. Do not shorten URLs containing sensitive, private, or personally identifiable information. We reserve the right to disable any short link that violates these terms or our acceptable use policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The AttriModel source code is open-source and licensed under the MIT License. The AttriModel name, logo, and brand assets are the property of Auburn Solutions and may not be used without permission. Content you input into the tools remains yours — we make no claim over it.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. Use of the tools is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AttriModel and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • •Create or shorten URLs that link to malware, phishing, illegal content, or spam.
  • •Attempt to overload, attack, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • •Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically harvest data from the Service.
  • •Impersonate another person or organisation.
  • •Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms without prior notice.
